مدیریت مصرف آب و تعیین کننده های آن در گندم‏کاران شهرستان اُرزوئیه

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش واکاوی رفتار مدیریت مصرف آب و تعیین‌کننده‌های آن در بین گندمکاران شهرستان اُرزوئیه در استان کرمان بود. این تحقیق از نظر ماهیت از نوع کمّی، با توجه به هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از لحاظ نحوه‏ی گردآوری داده ‏ها جزء تحقیقات توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی است که به شیوه پیمایش انجام پذیرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش گندم‏کاران آبی بخش مرکزی شهرستان اُرزوئیه بود (1350=N) که با استفاده از جدول نمونه ‏گیری بارتلت و همکاران، 132 کشاورز از طریق روش نمونه ‏گیری تصادفی ساده مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده ‏ها، پرسشنامه محقق‏ ساخته بود که روایی ابزار سنجش توسط پانل متخصصان دانشگاهی و بخش اجرا تأیید شد. برای سنجش پایایی ابزار پژوهش نیز مطالعه ا‏ی پیش‏آهنگ در خارج از جامعه‏ ی آماری و طی چند مرحله انجام گرفت و پایایی آن با استفاده از محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (86/0- 58/0) به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‏ها از نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. طبق نتایج، متغیر رفتار مدیریت مصرف آب با میانگین 68/4 گویای این است که رفتار مصرف آب گندمکاران مورد مطالعه در حد نسبتاً مطلوبی قرار دارد و حکایت از آن داشت که کشاورزان در عمل اقداماتی در راستای کاهش مصرف آب انجام داده ‏اند. همچنین بین سن، تحصیلات و بُعد خانوار با رفتار مدیریت مصرف آب رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد. نتایج تحلیل تشخیصی نشان داد ویژگی‏های ساختار مزرعه گندم‏کاران (میزان وسعت اراضی، سطح زیر کشت کل محصولات، سطح زیر کشت گندم، نوع روش آبیاری و منبع تأمین آب) مهمترین متغیرهای تعیین‌کننده رفتار مدیریت مصرف آب کشاورزان به‏ شمار می‏روند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate water consumption behavior and its determinants among wheat farmers in the Orzuiyeh county, Kerman province. This study is a descriptive-analytical (correlation type) research that was carried out with the aid of a survey. The statistical population of the study was wheat farmers in the Central district of the county (N= 1350), which 132 farmers were determined as a sample study by using Bartlett and colleague sample size table. The study instrument was a questionnaire which its validity was confirmed by a panel of experts. In order to measure the reliability of the questionnaire, a pilot study was conducted and its reliability was calculated using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.58-0.86). Results revealed that water management behavior with an average of 4.68 revealed that farmers' behavior in terms of water management is fairly favorable and suggests that farmers have actually taken measures to reduce water consumption. The findings also showed that there is no significant relationship between age, education and household size with water management behavior. The results of discriminant analysis indicated that the characteristics of wheat field structure (land area, total cultivation area, wheat area, irrigation method and water supply source) were the most important variables of farmers' water consumption behavior.
