The proposed approach aims to overcome the computational and time burdens of CE-QUAL-W2 as 2D numerical hydrodynamic and water quality simulation model and intensive calls by multi-objective particle swarm optimization (MOPSO) algorithm in SO approach. The proposed surrogate model in this study utilized the artificial neural network model’s capabilities and suitable descriptions of interactions between reservoir water quality responses and meteorological, hydrological, hydraulic, and water quality conditions through the studied area. The developed approach in this research is applied in designing the optimum locations and optimum withdrawal rates from each intake of reservoir during 15 year simulation period. The defined objectives in the problems are enhancing dissolved oxygen as water quality index in reservoir outflow and increasing long term annual hydropower peak energy generation. Then the reservoir operation rules in selective withdrawal scheme is derived according to correlation with meteorological, hydrological, hydraulic, and water quality data. The comparison between dissolved oxygen concentrations of reservoir outflow time series in optimum scenario with historical operational scenario shows the suitable performance of proposed approach in this research in enhancing downstream water quality condition through developing withdrawal rules considering quality and quantity objectives.}, keywords = {Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm,Peak Hydropower Energy,Reservoir Operation in Selective withdrawal Framework,Reservoir Operation Rule,CE-QUAL-W2}, title_fa = {استخراج قوانین بهره‎برداری از مخزن برقابی در ساختار برداشت انتخابی با در نظر گرفتن اهداف کمی و کیفی؛ رویکرد شبیه‎سازی-بهینه سازی مبتنی بر فرامدل}, abstract_fa = {در این کار تحقیقاتی به منظور مدیریت توام کمیت و کیفیت منابع آبی مخزن، از رویکرد شبیه‎سازی-بهینه‎سازی مبتنی بر مدل جایگزین استفاده می‎گردد. رویکرد پیشنهادی با هدف غلبه بر مشکلات هزینه‎های محاسباتی و زمانی قابل توجه ناشی از مدل شبیه‌سازی عددی هیدرودینامیک و کیفیت آب CE-QUAL-W2 و فراخوانی‎های متعدد توسط الگوریتم بهینه‎سازی هوش جمعی ذرات چند هدفه توسعه یافته‎است. مدل جایگزین پیشنهادی در این تحقیق از قابلیتهای مدل داده کاوی شبکه عصبی و توصیف مناسب اندرکنش‎های میان پاسخ‎های کیفی مخزن و شرایط هواشناسی، هیدرولوژیکی، هیدرولیکی و کیفی بهره‎برداری می‎نماید. این رویکرد به منظور تعیین موقعیت بهینه آبگیرهای برداشت آب و نسبت برداشت از هر یک، در مخزنی با داده‎های واقعی در دوره هیدرولوژیکی 15 ساله با اهداف بهبود شرایط کیفی اکسیژن محلول خروجی از مخزن و افزایش متوسط سالیانه درازمدت انرژی برقابی پیک بکار گرفته می‎شود. همچنین دستورالعمل بهینه بهره‎برداری از مخزن تنها در قالب برداشت انتخابی، با تعیین ضرایب موثر متغیرهای هواشناسی، هیدرولوژیکی، هیدرولیکی و کیفی استخراج می‎گردد. مقایسه سری زمانی غلظت اکسیژن محلول جریان خروجی از مخزن در سناریوی بهینه طراحی و بهره‎برداری با سناریوی الگوی بهره‎برداری‎ تاریخی، بیانگر عملکرد بسیار مطلوب رویکرد پیشنهادی در این تحقیق به منظور بهبود شرایط کیفی است.}, keywords_fa = {الگوریتم هوش جمعی ذرات چند هدفه,انرژی برقابی پیک,بهره‎برداری از مخزن در ساختار برداشت انتخابی,دستورالعمل بهره‎برداری از مخزن,CE-QUAL-W2}, url = {https://www.iwrr.ir/article_45175.html}, eprint = {https://www.iwrr.ir/article_45175_00ffb1fcd35cbbd2dcc6144bfdb2022d.pdf} }
