Immobilized photocatalytic reactor was irradiated with TiO2 by UV-A lamps to produce hydroxyl radicals for degradation of phenolic synthetic wastesater. Taguchi method and L16 orthogonal array for experimental planning was used for determination of optimum conditions including initial phenol concentration (50-500 mg/L), UV lamps power (8-60 W), pH (4-12), TiO2 concentration (20-80 g/m2), and UV lamp distance from concrete surface (5-20 cm). The results showed that influent phenol concentration and solution pH had the highest effect on the removal efficiency. The optimum conditions were obtained for influent phenol concentration of 50 mg/L, pH of 12, UV lamp of 60 W, titania amount of 80 g/m2, and UV lamp distance to concrete surface of 10 cm. Prediction of photocatalytic process performance by artificial neural network showed that the best result was obtained at the structure of (5-6-4-1). Transfer functions for this model were Gaussian, Hyperbolic Tangent, and Sigmoid for hidden layer 1 and 2 and output layer, respectively. The difference between measured and predicted values of output nodes was less than 5%.}, keywords = {Taguchi method,Titanium dioxide,Concrete,Artificial Neural Network,Model}, title_fa = {بهینه سازی و پیش بینی فرایند فتوکاتالیستی با پوشش نانو ذرات تیتانیا بر سطح بتن برای تصفیه آب حاوی فنل}, abstract_fa = {در این تحقیق، بهینه‌سازی فرایند فتوکاتالیستی توسط روش تاگوچی و پیش‌بینی راندمان حذف سیستم توسط شبکه عصبی مصنوعی انجام شد. راکتور فتوکاتالیستی از نوع پوشش یافته بود که انرژی مورد نیاز برای تحریک نانوذرات تیتانیا و تولید رادیکال‌های هیدروکسیل جهت تجزیه فنل موجود در آب با استفاده از لامپ‌های UV-A تأمین می‌شد. جهت بهینه‌سازی فرایند با استفاده از روش تاگوچی و آرایه استاندارد L16، تاثیر پارامترهای موثر شامل غلظت آلاینده ورودی (mg/L 500-50)، شدت تابش لامپ‌ (60-8 وات)،pH محلول (12-4)، میزان تیتانیا بر واحد سطح (g/m2 80-20) و فاصله لامپ تا صفحات بتنی (cm 20-5) بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که تاثیر غلظت آلاینده ورودی و pH نسبت به سایر عوامل بیشتر بوده و شرایط بهینه ‌بصورت غلظت آلاینده ورودی mg/L50، pH برابر 12، شدت تابش 60 وات، میزان تیتانیا معادل g/m2 80 و فاصله لامپ از صفحات معادل cm 10 تعیین گردید. پیش‌بینی فرایند با استفاده از شبکه عصبی مصنوعی نشان داد که ساختار شبکه بصورت دو لایه پنهان و توابع انتقال گوسین در لایه پنهان اول، تانژانت هیپربولیک در لایه پنهان دوم و سیگموئید در لایه پنهان خروجی و ساختار (1-4-6-5) بهترین جواب بوده و اختلاف میان نتایج آزمایشگاه و مدل کمتر از 5 درصد می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {تاگوچی,دی اکسید تیتانیوم,بتن,شبکه عصبی مصنوعی,مدل}, url = {https://www.iwrr.ir/article_17550.html}, eprint = {https://www.iwrr.ir/article_17550_b2310d7487ddba6ff8d040aef0f12de1.pdf} }
