In these conditions human effort for optimum use of this non-replacable resource seems necessary. In this regard, estimates of water demand in the future, provides the opportunity for decision makers to consideri the constraints and leading disasters to adopt of the necessary measures. In this study, the per capita water demand forecasts from both point and interval approach is used. After estimating water demand function, the possible scenarios for the future of the independent variables are predicted. Then effects of changes in economic parameters in the water use for domestic water demand are discussed. The results emphasize the importance of commodity water. In order to point prediction, four scenarios were defined and independent variables were predicted. Percent of the first three scenarios of water demand (for the case that the subsidies plan is not implemented) for the period 2011 to 2032 is 40 to 57 percent. In the fourth scenario that assumes subsidies plan, amounts of per capita water demand  decreases 3 and 2 cubic meters, resepectively for years 2011 and 2013 compared to the situation that the subsidies were not implemented. Finally, by use of neural networks, the long-term water demand is predicted. The results showed that the use of indecisive part of time series in demand prediction by neural networks can solve the introspection problem of these models to some extent.  }, keywords = {}, title_fa = {پیش بینی بلند مدت تقاضای آب شرب (مطالعه موردی: شهر نیشابور)}, abstract_fa = {پیش‌بینی تقاضای آب خانگی و شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر آن یکی از گام‌های مهم در مدیریت و کنترل بحران آب است، زیرا راه حل مؤثر، تنها عرضه آب نیست بلکه اتخاذ سیاست‌ها و تدابیر لازم مبتنی بر الگوی مصرف و توجه کافی به عوامل تقاضای آب از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. برآورد تقاضای آب در آینده، این امکان را برای تصمیم‌گیران فراهم می‌سازد که باتوجه به محدودیت‌ها و بحران‌های پیشرو تدابیر لازم را اتخاذ نمایند. در این تحقیق برای پیش‌بینی تقاضای سرانه آب از دو رویکرد نقطه‌ای و بازه‌ای استفاده شده است. بعد از تخمین تابع تقاضای آب، با تعیین سناریوهای محتمل مقادیر متغیرهای مستقل برای آینده پیش‌بینی می‌شود. در ادامه به بررسی اثر تغییرات پارامترهای اقتصادی در مصرف آب بر  تقاضای آب خانگی پرداخته شده است. نتایج بر ضروری بودن کالای آب تاکید می‌کند. با جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز در شهر نیشابور، به‌منظور پیش‌بینی نقطه‌ای، چهار سناریو تعریف گردید و متغیرهای مستقل پیش‌بینی شدند. درصد تغییرات تقاضای آب سه سناریو اول (برای حالتی که طرح هدفمندسازی یارانه‌ها اجرا نگردد) برای دوره‌ی 1390 تا 1410 بین 40 تا 57 درصد در طول این بازه می‌باشد. در سناریو چهارم که فرض بر اجرای طرح هدفمندسازی یارانه‌ها می‌باشد مقادیر تقاضای سرانه آب نسبت به حالتی که این طرح اجرا نگردد در سال 1390، 3 متر مکعب و در سال 1392، 2 متر مکعب کاهش می‌یابد. در انتها با استفاده از شبکه عصبی تقاضای آب بصورت بلند مدت پیش‌بینی شده است. نتایج نشان داد، استفاده از جزء غیرقطعی سری‌های زمانی در پیش‌بینی با شبکه‌های عصبی می‌تواند مشکل درونگرا بودن این مدل‌ها را تا حدی حل نماید.}, keywords_fa = {پیش بینی بلندمدت,تقاضای آب,تابع مطلوبیت استون‌گیری,شبکه عصبی مصنوعی}, url = {https://www.iwrr.ir/article_13460.html}, eprint = {https://www.iwrr.ir/article_13460_36cba068a2b2c32adcab84c000c1874f.pdf} }
